There are many foods that can be very helpful during stress situations and should be eaten by the patience regularly. Some of these foods are yogurt, sprouts, seeds, and blackstrap molasses.
- Yogurt is very rich in vitamin A, B complex and D. It’s excellent to relieve insomnia, cramps and migraine associated with menstruation.
