DUI or Driving Under Influence of alcohol and drugs is one of the reason of car accidents and casualties. Although people know that if they drink they should not drive, they always think they have all the faculties to drive.
DUI Laws are more severe and all convictions include serving time in jail. In order to incentive offenders to do a rehab program, those with jail convictions can have the time in jail reduced if they attend a alcohol and/or drug rehab. Malibu drug alcohol rehab treatment center is one of the places where a rehab can be done, not only for alcohol but also for several illegal drugs. Rehabilitation programs are very helpful for those with addictions. One thing is certain, if you have been drinking don’t drive.

Fortunately I have been so busy lately. I say fortunately because earning money doing the things I like feels so good. However there is one thing bothering me. My daughter says I’m always on the computer!
She knows I’m working while I am in the computer, but she wants some time with me without the computer at sight. It has been difficult to be away from the computer when we need to talk with several people from different time zones. I end up taking the computer with me to every room I go. Yesterday I even had him near the kitchen sink while cooking dinner.
Time management and some rules is something I really need to implement to myself. Right now I’m not controlling my time, I do everything in a rush, sometimes not orderly and I end up losing track of the work I have to do and where to start.
I really need a to-do-list but it has to be something I can have in front of me. I searched for applications online but nothing really attracts me. Gmail Calendar doesn’t work very well for me. Any suggestions?

Law of Attraction is Universal, and every person is affected by it. And it is always true that what I think and what I feel and what I get are always a match, and there is not a person on the planet that did not know that when they were born, and there is not a person on the planet that would not benefit by knowing it. But many, many, many are not yet asking and therefore are not yet ready for the answer. And so, we would say that — although everyone wants this information — everyone is not necessarily ready for it. We would not spend any time trying to convince anybody of anything because if they’re not asking, your answers are just irritating.

I quit my job eight months ago and I must confess that I do not regret it. A steady job and a steady income is half the way to have a great life but the other half is also important.
On the second half there is a very important thing: Mental Health and that is what I was losing. According to Wikipedia:
Mental health is a term used to describe either a level of cognitive or emotional well-being or an absence of a mental disorder. From perspectives of the discipline of positive psychology or holism mental health may include an individual’s ability to enjoy life and procure a balance between life activities and efforts to achieve psychological resilience. Mental health is an expression of our emotions and signifies a successful adaptation to a range of demands.
Emotional well-being, ability to enjoy life and family and psychological resilience were some of the things I had lost. The question that popped up several times in my mind was: How to have a better life? The answer was something I knew for a long time: quit my job.
Working in a place where you are not respected, were you are verbally assaulted everyday, humiliated and underestimated really messes up with your mind, whether you want or not. Sometimes I just wished I had Martial arts training to punch my bosses. I know some people that have sales jobs and feel frustrated. They approach some clients that are not interested on the product and they are rudely treated but working 8 hours a day in a place where you constantly have that feeling is really complicated.
These last months I haven’t accomplish a lot online but I’m really willing to get a work I can do from home. I don’t see myself back in an office. I might have the greatest bosses in the future but I’m really scared that what happened on my previous workplace will happen again. I really don’t want the same feeling again, I don’t want to think about Martial arts DVD‘s again, ever.
I might not have a steady job, I might not have a steady income, I might be in a difficult financial situation but I am psychologically resilient and I am having a Better Life.

To make a good personal development plan, you just follow these basic guidelines: recognize your present state, identify your goal, and work your way to success.
A plan serves as a blueprint to an individual as he makes his journey through self-enhancement and development. Here is a list of things you should do to make a personal development plan specifically for you:
Recognize your present state
Initially, you need to know your present condition in life. Knowing where you are and what you are like is vital during the process of making any self-improvement. You must identify your strengths and your weakness. Classifying your capabilities and shortcomings is helpful during this process. You must know what skills you have and skills that you lack.
Identify your goal
The next step is for you to identify your goal. Goal setting is a major concern here. You need to have a clear set of goals in order to succeed. Different kinds of people have various goals. Some have a financial goal, while some others focus on a relationship goal. However, a personal development goal is something one should not miss having. In personal development, your goal is to know where you want to be in the short and long term. Your aim is to figure out the things you need to develop, improve yourself and take you to the next stage in your personal maturity. Be concrete and realistic with your personal development goal. You might want to live a life of integrity, broaden your knowledge on proper budgeting techniques, or learn how to be prompt at all times.
Work your way to success
Start acting on your specified goal. Lay out all the steps you need to follow to accomplish your goal. Use a checklist or journal to keep track of your improvement. See how your efforts are working to your advantage. If you have any mistakes along the way, you will have a way to identify them because you have your checklist. Should you make mistakes, simply forgive yourself and continue going onwards. You also must make a clear and practical list of resources to help you meet your target. Identify the kind of support you need. If you aspire for a leaner body for a healthier you, then have someone to exercise with you. If you want to lose weight check for hydroxycut reviews or other diet pills reviews. As you notice some signs of progress, it is helpful to remember not to easily be contented with the first few improvements. Rather, you need to continue challenging yourself to keep moving forward. If not, you might stop improving altogether and end up going back where you started.

I’m happy!! Not everybody can say that. I’m happy!!
For several years I was confined to an abusive working place where I was stressed and miserable. I quit my job, I have no income, I’m having financial difficulties but I’m happy. I know you might thing I lost my mind, that I should have kept the job and be an office slave because I need the money but…for the first time in my life I’m living one day at a time.
Bills to pay and bank extracts is something I verify everyday but I’m confident that I will go through this.
I was depressed, underweight, weak, now, while some people are looking for the best weight loss pills in the market, I’m happy to say that since I quit my job I was able to gain weight, people say my face expression shows that I’m good with life.
I still have my bad days when I feel that I’m jobless while everyone is working, people look at me as if I don’t want to work but I’m Happy and I can say that after 15 years I’m alive again.
What about you? Are you happy?

To fully understand the term procrastination, you need to do two things: understand its basic definition and find out why people procrastinate. You can, of course, put it to a stop by using time management techniques to completely beat it out.
We always hear a lot of people making excuses for not being able to accomplish anything. These are the people who simply and easily give reasons so as to make the inability to do something a valid one. When deadlines arrive, you see them panicking. Worst, ending up as depressed as they can be for not being able to achieve a specified goal or task. It’s not too late, though. If you happen to fall into procrastination, you have the power to change now. Here’s what procrastination is all about and how to overcome it.
Basic Definition
Procrastination is the tendency to hamper the accomplishment of a specific goal by delaying or postponing the performance of a task at a later time.
Why people procrastinate
People oftentimes get into the trap of procrastination because it becomes a means in dealing with emotional and physical symptoms that come along with depression. It may become a sort of relief but it’s just a temporary one. There are various procrastination styles. See which among these styles fits you:
- difficulty in organizing your thoughts and your actions too. Difficulty in being on track with a certain plan.
- tasks seemed extremely great that it becomes worthless for you to just simply try.
- negative emotions towards somebody may cause you to put things off as a means of punishing him.
- afraid of being disfavored.
- routines prompted you to become rebellious.
The procrastination styles mentioned earlier would possibly overlap in one of the following themes:
- self-doubt
- discomfort dodging
- driven by guilt
- habitual
When you have fully distinguished yourself from any of those procrastination styles, you should decide to get rid of it in your system by incorporating these time management techniques:
- make a list – initially you have to list everything you need to do. That is in no particular order yet.
- prioritize the items on your list – arrange the items on your list by deadlines. Or you can also arrange them by order of how important they are to you.
- use a calendar – come up with a calendar with spaces for you to write your notes. You can have separate sheets for long-term plans and separate pages for short-term goals too.
- accomplish the ones at the top of the list – take the item on top of your priority list and decide how long you can finish that specific goal.
- fill your calendar as you meet deadlines – as you meet each deadline, make sure to fill your calendar with new tasks to do. Just make sure that you don’t overbook yourself which might eventually cause delays.
