Water is the best food you can give your body!!

Many health problems come from lack of water in the body. Even without knowing sometimes people take remedies and the cure is: drink more water.

Our body is 65% water, almost unbelievable, but true. That water needs to be renewed continuously.

Body functioning depends on water: chemical reactions, kidneys functioning, detoxification, digestion, breathing, circulations, skin, and so on, everything needed to keep us alive. When we drink small quantities of water, all our system is affected, if we drink water every day, our body functions are more balanced, resistant and all systems will work better. The result: a healthier body and less disease.

Disadvantages of drinking small quantities of water:

  • dehydration
  • dry skin
  • headaches
  • digestive problems
  • formation of stones
  • insomnia
  • overweight
  • etc.

Quantity of water per day:
2 Liters a day (8 glasses). Of course the quantity of water depends on the activities you are in, where you do it and body weight.

Water should be drunk along the day. Drink water even if you aren’t thirsty. If you have some difficulty with water taste, especially if you travel and drink from several brands of water, you can buy a water bottle filter. This filter can be used in every type of bottle and eliminates any bad taste or odor.

So remember…drink water even if you are not thirsty.

Remember to exercise…even on vacation

Being on vacations doesn’t necessarily mean no exercise. You can always mix vacation and rest with vacation exercise.

Take advantage of many hotels and even beaches activities and sign up for outdoor gymnastic. Many hotels have this activity available for their guests. Also some beaches have a kind of organization team that at a certain time offer gymnastic on the beach and even on the water.

Why don’t you have a great vacation and exercise at the same time? Stay fit!
