Being a full time worker (40 hours a week) time is not something I have to spare or waste, every minute counts, so meals are something I usually try to plan in advance.

I’ve been having a heavy hair loss for about one year. I’m going through a hair loss treatment now and I had a big hair cut last week to see if it helps with the fall.
