Healthy Recipes: Lemon Mousse
I love the Lemon flavor. I usually drink lemon tea, I bake a Lemon Pie and I love Lemon Mousse. It’s excellent for hot days, like today, because it is fresh and tasty.
There are several recipes for the Lemon Mousse but this one is one of my favorites.
Lemon Mousse
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 2 packages of cream
- A small cup of lemon juice
- 3 egg whites
Preparation:
- Join the condensed milk with lemon juice.
- Whip the cream until double.
- Whip the egg whites.
- Mix everything together
- Pour the mixture into a bowl and bring to a refrigerator to gain consistency.
- You can garnish with lemon zest.
Although the condensed milk is a little too sweet, it is worth to make this mousse. You will love it.

It looks good to eat. I ‘ve been a fan of lemons and I will include it on my lemon recipes.
I’ve substituted the condensed milk to evaporated and add some honey for it..I guess using condensed milk is too sweet , I have to watch over my sweet intake..I guess would not be different at all except that the texture is more liquid..
