Healthy Eating Tip: Eat regular meals

One of the things people usual do is skipping meals. This can often lead to out-of-control hunger usually resulting in eating too much.

When we are very hungry, it’s also tempting to forget about good nutrition and eat what we find even if it isn’t healthy.

Eating snacks between meals can help curb hunger, but don’t exaggerate and use snacks as an entire meal.

    I have to admit that i’m guilty of skipping meals. The main reason is that i always have something else to do. The best part is that lately i’ve given up eating bad stuff, and i have a lot of fruits with me, for a healthy snack. But i can’t live only with fruits, can I?

    Being at home full time now messes up my meals. I never eat lunch because instead of a full meal I spend the day eating this and that.

    I struggle with this. I pretty much never eat breakfast, will have a sandwich at lunch time and then will have a meal in the evening.

    I know that is not healthy, and I know this next bit will sound dumb, but I just forget about eating, especially if I’m working or watching something really good on TV.

    I used to work at home too like Laura. Yes being at home messes up my meals. I don’t eat on time or I skip meals because either I ate too much the previous meal or did not eat on time. I jog and eat fruits every meal. I’m not sure if that helps me in balancing my weight even if don’t eat my meals on time.

    I’m guilty of this. I never eat breakfast. I opt for the extra 15-30 minutes of sleep. Depending upon my work schedule I sometimes have to skip lunch as well.

    I also notice that when you are used of eating snacks, you tend to eat a lot and you don’t have any control on your diet…So i am thinking that it is good if you also have time for snacks and enough amount of snack with each time…
