Some people under a great amount of stress began to eat everything they can find, I’m the opposite, stress for me is better than diets for quick weight loss.

When I’m under stress I tend to lose my appetite and during the last years I had a very stressful environment in my working place so I never gained weight, although I took vitamins. Now, 4 months after I quit my job I gained 12 pounds so I’m almost with my ideal weight.

Being under stress can be really bad for us and our body. When it is an isolated situation that can be controlled it doesn’t threat your life but if it is a long term situation that seems that never ends, then your body will resent and it will become out of control.

I was under stress for a few years and that didn’t let me be happy nor enjoy the work I was doing or the office environment. All that situation made me eat badly and even if I ate enough the body didn’t absorbed the nutrients. Now that I’m away from all that stress I’m able to eat properly and have a healthier life.

  1. Yes you are right, stress can cause various problems. A person under stress is never happy. But always surrounded by some tension in one form or another. Be happy and live happy.
