There are people that still struggle with weight loss and keep buying fat burners supplements. But how can you know that you are buying a safe fat burner? You don’t.

Many, many reviews say that fat burner supplements are not 100% safe at least if you use them for a long period of time.

Here is some information I gathered from the web:

Do Fat Burners Work?
It’s hard to say. Try to find a conclusive study about just about any dietary supplement, including so-called fat burners, and you’re in for a long day. What we do know is that most supplements need further study and, more importantly, the purity of supplements is definitely suspect. Supplements aren’t standardized so you don’t know if what’s listed on the bottle is what you’re getting. Plus, no one knows what the long-term effects of these supplements are and, even scarier, how they interact with other medications. So, to answer the question of whether fat burners work, I have to say…uh, I don’t know.

Most fat burner supplements are bogus. For instance, research has shown over and over that chromium picolinate and l-carnitine (two common ingredients in popular fat burner formulas) have no effect on weight or body fat loss. The few supplements that have been found to help with fat loss play only a very minor role in the overall process. Without appropriate eating and exercise modifications, along with the supplements, they are sure to fail. Unfortunately, advertisements suggest otherwise… “Simply take this revolutionary product and watch the pounds melt away without exercise and without dieting!” Sound too good to be true? It is!

Make sure you do a lot of research and contact with nutritional specialists before buying fat burners. Be careful and you will be heading to have a better life.

Most hotels and restaurants put leftovers to the garbage, most of them don’t even recycle glass or plastic. They say they have a lot of work to do so they just gather all the trash including food and put in the garbage container.

If you are looking for a hotel please choose one that has a green conscience, that recycles and helps the environments. No matter the country, no matter if you are looking for London rentals vacation or New York rentals vacation, what matters is that you choose a Hotel that has a Green mind.

Forbidden: Expired date products

Can you imagine why did I take a picture of these products? No, they are not going to be used in a recipe.

While tiding up the grocery closet I found these expired date products. I know, it’s a shame that I let products expire but it happened to me. Some of these products where hidden behind other products, some where opened for a long time, others, I didn’t even need them that’s why they expired.

On my to-do-list now I have:

  • Make an inventory of all the groceries I have
  • Put the ones with a shorter expire date in front of the others

I don’t want to put groceries in the garbage so I have to be more careful.

What do you do to organize your grocery closet?

    Dollar Stores
Many years ago, dollar stores offered only off brand products or merchandise of poor quality. Fortunately that has completely changed because now you can walk into a dollar store and find the same name brand of laundry detergent, cleaning products, clothing, school supplies, everything for half or less the price. Check out your local dollar store and enjoy the mountains of savings.

    Insurance
Shop around for insurance and work with a good agent that can provide information on discounts such as good student, multi-car discount, etc. Some people think the price of insurance is the same from one company to the next. However, prices can vary dramatically and to ensure you get the best deal, you need to consider all your options. Always check what the insurance covers. For instance if it is a car/rv insurance make sure it covers for instance motorhome towing only in one state or all over the country, if you have an accident if you receive a spare car while you wait for yours to be fixed, etc.. Check all the details before buying the insurance.
