Make Lose Weight one of your 2010 Resolutions

Have you made your 2010 resolutions already? One of them is reduce your body weight? Hummm I belive so. After all the parties, traditional dishes, traditional desserts for sure that crossed your mind.
New year is just a few days ahead but you still have time to made your to-do-weight-loss-list. Remember to add:
- Healthy food
- Lots of vegetables and fruits
- Outdoor exercises
- Use your ellipticals
- Use your home gym
- Take advantage of the good weather and go for a walk
- Ride your bicycle
- Make low carb meals
I know there are much more things you can do to lose weight, use your imagination and stay away from too many calories.

I don’t tend to make resolutions, and am lucky in that I don’t have a need to loose weight. I do wish though my daughter would resolve to loose some; how does one encourage someone to do so without insulting them? It’s a very touching subject. She doesn’t live with us. Happy New Year
I Totally understand, If someone would approach me and suggest that I should loose weight, i would be pist, I think the best thing to do is to wait until she is ready to do so. You can also help her by reaching out with her favorite things ex: if she is a gamer get her a fitness game, or if she like cooking, a healthy style cookbook, be creative… good luck !!
