Please, take this tiredness away from me

A lot has been going on lately and I haven’t been able to post as regularly as I wanted to. The tiredness and muscle pain hasn’t gone away even after five days of holidays. I am feeling very down, depressed and not even the baby announcements I received from two friends cheered me up.

Today I went to do a blood test and on Friday I will know if I am anemic again or not.

The weather isn’t helping me. It’s raining and not being able to go to the pool or beach with the kids really sucks. Big stores and hyper markets are not the ideal places to go now because of the Flu A so staying at home and going to the local coffee store are the best we can do.

If the diagnose of all the symptoms I am feeling is that my body is really exhausted, I don’t know how I am going to cope with that. I just hope some vitamins and minerals can help me. Let’s wait for the blood test results.

  1. I recently found my daughter has corn and soy allergies. That eliminated 95% of what we could buy at the supermarket. But we are eating healthier now with foods that are not processed so much and filled with genetically engineered corn. Everyone is feeling better with the improved quality of our food.

  3. I’ve been eating NJ Diner food for most of my life and I’m switching to more organic produce and grains that are not highly processed. We added low carb to the menu a few years back and now we are adding some organics. Good luck with your tiredness… best to seek out the doc’s advice… and then eat healthy o course. Regards -

  6. I believe that tiredness is a state of the mind which can be surpassed. You just need to find smth fun to do indoors or which pleases you! p.s try a piece of chocolate :) it’s good for the brain and muscles :)

  8. A healthy all natural diet high in sea vegetables and whole grains has been shown to help with fatigue. You may also want to avoid caffeine, alcohol, junk and processed foods. B-Complex vitamins and Magnesium also seem to help in restoring energy.
