Did you try my Cherry Pie Recipe? If you have you already know how delicious it is. I continue to eat Cherries very often since they are really good for our health. Among other proprieties, cherries are excellent because they:
- are rich in antioxidants that help to prevent and fight cancer.
- are good for pain relief like head and body pain.
- acts as a anti-inflammatory
- easy symptoms of arthritis and gout
- slows the aging process
Cherries are a very complete fruit and although we don’t have the pleasure to eat it the whole year, we should take advantage of this extraordinary rich fruit and eat it when it is available.
Always wash the cherries before you eat them. This is a fruit that, because it has a little size, can be eaten everywhere without the need for a knife. You can eat them while watching TV, while you check your ipods or while you play video games.
