It is the Strawberry season and they all over the place including my garden. Usually I eat them with sugar and scream but I also love to make some desserts with them. I always include them in fruit salad, besides the beautiful color they are very healthy and tasty.

Today I bring here a recipe of a strawberry shake that can be used as a snack or has a complement of a main meal. I found this recipe in the All Recipes site that as usual has delicious recipes.

STRAWBERRY SHAKE

INGREDIENTSdelicious-healthy-strawberry-shake

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

DIRECTIONS
1. In a blender, combine milk, honey, vanilla and frozen strawberries. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

This recipe is the proof that a simple and easy recipe can turn into a delicious and healthy meal or drink.  I hope you enjoy it and Have a Better Life.

I’ve never made a shake without ice cream. I’m going to give this a try with skim milk. Sounds yummy!

Perhaps this is the easiest recipe I have at home because it is the favorite of all persons at home. I often prepare it in morning for all.

Looks like very easy and delicious recipe. I always have plenty of strawberries at home and now I can make this in larger quantity. Just wanted to ask, for how long we can preserve this shake?
