KIWI

Rich in Vitamin C, E and potassium

Caloric value: 100gr provide 67 calories

Medicinal Proprieties: Once it’s rich in Vitamin C it has anti-scorbutic, anti-anemic and digestive proprieties. It stimulates the appetite and has laxative proprieties. It’s traditionally used in Chinese medicine to treat breast and stomach cancer.

Note
: As a laxative, Kiwi should be eaten in the morning before breakfast.

Eat healthy food, stay fit and forget about weight loss pills.

  4. One of my friend was the patient of hepatitis C. Someone told him to use Kiwi regularly before lunch. He used Kiwi almost for 7 months and when he repeated his medical test he was astonished that Hepatitis C virus has been removed. Now he is healthy.
