		<description>i am absulately agree with you.in morning when your mind need some extra oxygen the level of sugar and carbohydrates should be good in your food.i used to have situation like you that could not take breakfast but now i wake up bit early and have my full nutritive breakfast and it helps me lots for whole day....thanx for sharing such a great ideas</description>
