My son’s birthday party is Sunday
My son’s 10th birthday is Sunday and the preparation has begun. He had to decide between an afternoon party for his school friends (we did it last year) or a evening party for the family. He chose the last one, so we are having a family dinner with my son’s two special friends, two neighbor boys and of course my best friend E. that for me is part of the family.
This year I decided to go with him shopping for his birthday present (although his birthday is only Sunday). At the last minute he decided to buy a cellphone. Last year he had a Nokia 5200 but it stopped working and believe me I don’t think he needs one although sometimes I regret not having a way to reach him. So, he chose a simple Samsung once we can not afford an expensive one and I explained to him again that he is a very lucky boy, he got a PSP on Christmas and now a Cellphone.
For now I guess he has enough toys, games and consoles (I’m glad he doesn’t want the xbox 360) so I guess I don’t have to worry about him asking for more stuff.
This month he received a Laptop but that’s part of a school educational program, I’ll post about it soon.
