Electric Blankets to warm up cold nights
Cold nights have returned and blankets are back in our beds. I use some special warming sheets but I’m quite afraid of an electric blanket. I know they are completely safe but sleeping under something connected to electricity really scares me.
I’ve done a little research about electric blankets and one thing is for sure, they are really safe and there is no risk in using one. Electric heating blankets can help us go through cold winter nights and for sure they will be a great help for elderly people that usually suffer more with the cold.
Most electric heating blankets and mattresses pads nowadays use low voltage that besides increasing security also allow us to save some money in electricity. Most of them are machine washable and dry.

I am thinking of investing in an electric blanket. I am currently living in the basement of my parents house and am concerned that the winter is going to be chilly down there. Instead of complaining to turn the heat up I supposed this would be a cheaper solution.
