Here I am again for another Light Recipe. I found this low-sugar recipe through MyRecipes.com site. As you probably have noticed from past recipes I love dessert recipes and I like to post them here once they are light or low sugar, but today I decided to bring here a low sugar snack. Ricotta Raspberry Canapés
Preparation Preheat oven to 300°. Cut each bread slice in half; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 300° for 7 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from oven; cool completely. Combine ricotta and pepper in a small bowl. Spread about 2 teaspoons cheese mixture on each toast. Top each toast with 2 to 3 raspberries; drizzle evenly with honey. Garnish with mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately. Enjoy it! You might be also interested in reading:
