Hire the video out! It is 1) an amazing film and 2) show you how diet pills are just as bad as any class A drug. The film paralells a mum with her son and boyfriend. The mum wants to be a star and decided to go on diet pills to loose weight. The Son and Girlfriend get into heroin, and you see the way their relationship breaks up as they become more dependant on the heroin. The mum begins to go crazy from being addictive to the diet pills and ends up completey frazzled. Its an excellent film, and really opens your eyes up without being too harsh. I have heard alot of bad things about them in the TV, it dosn't matter what brand it is, in my eyes the best way to loose weight will be to eat healhty and start exercising. I bet that there is so much nasty stuff in those pills that is not good for your body – I would not do it myself.

I think we do need to be careful about taking diet pills, but on the other hand, being overweight is a big helth problem in its own right, so there is a delicate balance there.
