Child Obesity: children can also exercise at home
Some advises to get the kids “moving” inside the house:
Play with rubber jumping balls, balloons, ping pong rackets, that don’t cause damage.
Home scale Bowling kits
While they are little, between 2 and 4 years old, let them jump on top of the bed mattress (if they have no breathing problems)
Pillow fight (if they have no breathing problems)
Portable Hopscotch game
A lot of creativity!

One of my vivid happy memories as a child (and believe me I don’t have many) is the time I spent with my mother near the fireplace playing Bingo. We had homemade cards boards with numbers and a bag with very little cards with numbers.
