I’ve been posting less lately due to my back problems. For several months now that I’ve been feeling a lot of pain on my back, specially on the left side of my spine. The pain is similar (at least I think it is) to a stab of a knife. Every time I turn my head left the “knife” stabs causing a lot of pain. Sometimes the pain is continuous no matter I’m moving or quiet. This back pain also causes me neck pain.
