If you thought that healthy meals were enough to keep your kids with the right weight, forget it.

According to a report from the Archives of Disease in Childhood magazine, the lack of sleep can be the new cause for the increasing epidemic of infant obesity.

The investigation refers that the less a child sleeps, bigger are the changes of his/her metabolism increasing the obesity, insulin resistance and cardiovascular problems.
