Tips to feed yourself at work

By Laura | Jul 22, 2008

Spending the day away from home at work can make us change our eating habits. In really busy days it’s difficult to find free to eat but we have to make an effort to eat throughout the day.

Here are a few tips for you to feed yourself at work:

  • Include in your weekly shopping list a enough number of fruits for you to eat between meals, as apples, peas, bananas and grapes;
  • Slice the fruit and vegetables in small pieces. Keep the fruit and vegetables inside hermetic recipients which are very useful for those who spend most of the day away from home;
  • Muesli without sugar addiction, mixed with milk or low fat yogurt is easy to prepare;
  • Integral bread or toasts previously packed can be bought the previous day. Together with a cheese slice, apple pieces or tomato quarters are a easy and fast way to “kill” your hunger.
