Closet clean up

Last week I decided to clean up my closet and do something I was willing to do for a long time: remove old clothes from the closet. Some clothes had around 10 to 15 years and were in very bad shape so I just threw them in the garbage bin. Clothes that are no longer used but can be used by other people doing certain works like painting, cleaning, etc., I put them in cardboard boxes and store them in the garage. As soon as I have some time I will take them to the local church where I know some people search for old clothes.

What about you, do you use clothes for some years or do you buy new clothes every time the season changes?

I try to buy dress when I need to buy. I like your wish to give the old cloths to the people who want it. Thanks for your post!

After read your words, I realized that some of my clothes are also really old enough, having around 10 years. I should do the clean-up of my closet as you did before my moving. Wao,so much work is waiting for me…

If you live in a cold climate, chances are you won’t be wearing some of those summer dresses, tank tops or sandals. Take them out of your closet and put them by, or on the bed. First step done.
