Have a Better Life

Last week I decided to clean up my closet and do something I was willing to do for a long time: remove old clothes from the closet. Some clothes had around 10 to 15 years and were in very bad shape so I just threw them in the garbage bin. Clothes that are no longer used but can be used by other people doing certain works like painting, cleaning, etc., I put them in cardboard boxes and store them in the garage. As soon as I have some time I will take them to the local church where I know some people search for old clothes.

What about you, do you use clothes for some years or do you buy new clothes every time the season changes?

I’ll be doing a Pap Smear on May 19th. I haven’t done it for 5 years and it should be done every year.

What is the Pap Smear test?
It is a cervix exam where a small amount of cells are removed from the cervix and sent for analysis to check if cancer cells are present. This test diagnosis cervix cancer that in an early stage can be treatable and can avoid many deaths.

Although a little uncomfortable it’s not painful. Here, the results arrive by courier but if some abnormal cells are found someone will call us to arrange an appointment in a local hospital.
