Fruit: Banana

Banana is a fruit that contains three natural sugars: sucrose, fructose and glucose. These sugars combined with the fiber the banana contains makes the banana a powerful source of energy.
Bananas also help in the prevention of several diseases and physical conditions therefore bananas should be included in your daily diet. They can help the prevention and improve the following conditions:
- Anemia
- Arterial pressure
- Mental capacity
- Constipation
- Depression
- Hangover
- Morning sickness
- Nervous system
- Stress
- etc.
As you can see, banana is a natural remedy for some diseases, it has a lot of proteins, carbohydrates, phosphor, vitamin A, iron and several other vitamins and minerals, larger quantities when compared to an Apple.
