Our bones, muscles and joints are the structure that supports the body, protects the internal organs and make our movements possible. Simple actions like walk, sweep the house or even write depends, in a long term, of the food we eat.
What can we eat that help us keep moving for a long time?
- Blue Fish (tuna, sardines, salmon, etc) and their Omega-3 help to reduce the inflammation of articular diseases. They also contain vitamin D.
- Vegetables: contain vitamin C with antioxidant power.
- Vegetable Oils: great source of omega-3 and vitamins.
- Fruits, dry fruit and seeds, besides having calcium and selenium, they are benefit for their vitamin E.
- Integral cereals are highly rich in fiber and help to control the weight (overweight can damage the bones and joints)
- Milk and dairy products: these products are the best ones for bone development due to the calcium they contain.
All these products will help you to have a healthy diet and to prevent diseases like: Osteoporoses, Fibromyalgia, Gout and rheumatoid arthritis.
