Vegetable: Broccolis

Broccolis are not my kids favorite vegetable, in fact they don’t like to eat them. Broccolis are a green vegetable that is great for anemic people. Their main component is water, followed by carbonate hydrates and proteins. They are a great source of vitamin C, folic acid and carotenes, as well as a good provider of vitamin E and B6. Regarding minerals they have potassium and phosphor.
Broccolis have an anticancer function, with a main role in the heart disease and cancer prevention. Due to the high quantities of calcium and phosphor they are beneficial for bone health. Together with all the green leaves vegetable, they are excellent to prevent and treat anemic states.

Broccoli isn’t my favorite food either. I actually hate it lol.
Very informative article though and I really like the design you have for your blog. I’ve always wanted to use a 3 column but I never got around to switching my template yet.
Maybe you could check out my blog and tell me what you think of it.
