
I used to have my bedroom TV on top of a TV table. It was great to lay down in bed and watch movies and series from the
comfort of my bed. After a few weeks I realized that my back and neck were always hurting. I thought it was stress but then someone mention the TV position and I realized that I was making an extra effort to be able to watch TV from bed. The solution: I bought a tv mount with wall support and put my TV in there. Now I can watch TV lying down in bed without having to have my head and neck excessively lift up.
There are these small details we not always pay attention to, that can really make our life a little uncomfortable. When you have some physical symptom check all the options:
