What you should eat in case of Diarrhea:

  • White rice, pasta, low fat fish, boiled turkey or chicken
  • Yogurts with probiotics
  • Boiled apple
  • Drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration

Avoid: high fiber food, sweets and raw meat
