Broccolis are not my kids favorite vegetable, in fact they don’t like to eat them. Broccolis are a green vegetable that is great for anemic people. Their main component is water, followed by carbonate hydrates and proteins. They are a great source of vitamin C, folic acid and carotenes, as well as a good provider of vitamin E and B6.
