This recipe of today is a Light Recipe, meaning if you are on a diet and willing to lose some weight this is a meal you can eat. I found this recipe at AllRecipes.com

Light and Fluffy Spinach Quiche

INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
* 1/2 cup milk
* 4 eggs, lightly beaten
* 8 ounces shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
* 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
* 1/4 cup chopped onion
* 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a cookie sheet with foil.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and milk until smooth. Whisk in eggs. Layer spinach, cheese, and onion in pie shell, making several layers of each. Pour in egg mixture. Place quiche on prepared cookie sheet. Cover quiche with foil.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove cover, and bake 10 to 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown and filling is set.

I hope you enjoy it!!!

Lighten up your life

Last weekend was time for us at home to do a check up on all our lights. We have a big chandelier in the living room, with eight lights, four were not working and needed to be changed. The bathroom lights were not working well and needed to be fixed. Humidity entered in the lights and they were turning on and off by themselves.

We used low intensity lights to save electricity but being careful to not lose light and brightness in the house. Check your house and see if you can change some lights to high quality but less electricity wasted.

pregnant.jpgIn December there were two concerts for babies in a nearby city. From time to time this type of events take place once it’s said to be a benefice for babies to hear to these concerts.

What about during pregnancy? Is classic music during pregnancy going to benefit the fetus?

It depends on the classic music you are hearing. Some classic music can cause great nervous tension on the baby. But if you hear to any type of music that calms you down and makes you feel relaxed for sure your baby will be relaxed too. This is a 2-1 benefit .

Animal allergy – Cats

19
Tech tipsComputer Tricks

att00017.jpg

Many people think that the hair of the cat causes allergy. This is a wrong idea. What causes allergy is the skin and the saliva (after drying) that gets into the air and lands all over the house. Cutting your cat’s hair or choosing one with short hair is not a solution.

Symptoms are breathing problems, itching all over the body, sneezing, running nose and even asthma attacks.

If you have a cat in the house keep the cat bed cleaned and washed regularly, keep him away from the bedrooms to avoid night allergic crises. The person that is allergic must not be in the house while someone vacuums cleans the house. During vacuuming the particles spread all over the house so distance is needed. Avoid carpets, rugs and open the windows for fresh her as much as you can.

If needed take some anti allergenic meds.
