The New Years Eve is just two days ago and many headaches will be notices. Don’t drink too much, be careful with hangovers, they can cause you severe headaches and maybe a migraine. For three weeks that I’ve been feeling exhausted, physically and psychologically. I thought it was only from having a lot of work in the office, at home, with the kids, but since I was feeling very nauseous, I decided to go to the doctor. She said I was too pale and although on the edge of a depression, something else was going on. Therefore I was told to do some urgent blood tests to see if I was anemic.
The result was that I’m on the beginning of an anemia and the iron reserves in the body are too low, really too low. I have to make a 2 months treatment based on nutritional supplements and then do the blood test again. The case will be reevaluated in two months if I don’t get worse. Supplements might not be enough to get me out of this exhausted state, but, I hope so.
So, if you’re feeling down, tired, nauseous, don’t blame only stress, do some blood tests and check if all the values are normal.
