Safety is a priority. The new safety utility knife has a control system that allows you to use it safely without the fear of accidents. There are several models, one of them, if you are cutting something and you lose contact with the surface a automatic safety hood snaps shut and locks the knife. Other model simply locks when you make an unexpected movement or gesture preventing that you get cut on the way. There are safety knifes as well as safety cutters, all with a security mechanism.

These tips come from common sense, no science or math, just what the experience of life teaches us.

1. Try everything twice.

2. Keep only the happy friends. The sad ones depress you (keep that in mind and make sure you’re not a depressed one)

3. Keep learning: learn more about computers, art, gardening, anything. Keep your brain occupied.

4. Enjoy the simple things.

7. Surround yourself with the things you love: it doesn’t matter if it is your family, your friends, your pets, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your house is your castle.

8. Take care of your health: if it is all right, keep it that way, if it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond your possibilities, search help.

9. Don’t go to places where you don’t feel ok. Go shopping or to the park, even if it is in another city, but don’t go places that depress you.

10. To the people you love, tell them you love them, every time you get the chance to.

11. Forgive those that made you cry. You might not have a second chance to do that.

There are certain events that require special invitations. A invitation for a family dinner or for some friends to come over only need an email, a phone call or a SMS message. But a birthday party, a baptism or a wedding require more elaborate invitations.

If you don’t want to waste a lot of money and you have a computer and a printer you can use,that’s enough for some of the require invitations. I recently did some birthday invitations for my boss’s daughter  birthday party and I did them in Word with photo included as well as a personalized envelope. Of course for baptism or wedding people will search for some professional help once it’s a lifetime event.

If you have TV, VCR, DVD Player, stereo, etc. than you need to find a way to combine all them in one or two cabinets. Maybe a TV Stand for your TV, VCR and DVD Player or a combined stereo cabinet where all the devices can be put together. That would save you a lot of space and you would have a big looking room.

Saving, saving everybody talk about saving money. People usually think about saving on clothes, home articles, electricity, gas but some forget one important thing, do you ever thought that by following driving rules you can save on tickets.

Of course I’m talking about those people that constantly get tickets for high speed and specially parking tickets. Be careful when you park your car, don’t park in second line, don’t park on the sidewalk even if it is only one wheel.
