shower.jpgThis is a pressure shower where hot water and cold water are switched alternatively.

You start with warm water, and you increase slowly degree by degree until you reach the 40ºC. Next step is decrease the temperature until it reaches 20ºC. From head to toe you apply the water in circular movements and come up again in the same way. This shower lasts around 15 minutes.

The effect of the Scottish Shower are invigorating and stimulating. It’s beneficial for the vascular system, because it causes the alternate dilatation and contraction of the blood veins, improving the blood circulation.

At home, repeat the cycle 2 or 3 times. The hot water shower should lasts the double of the cold water shower.
