This is something I’ve never done but I have a close friend that did a Hot Stone Massage and says it’s great.

The massage is done all over the body with hot stones. They are not too hot and they don’t hurt…they massage. The massager will keep one stone in each hand and massage the body, including the face where the stones used will be not so hot as in the rest of the body.

This type of massage will give us a feeling of extra energy. That’s exactly what is needed to face a busy day.
