I use homeopathy has an alternative medicine for my kids. My daughter just went to her routine appointment and she’s fine from her allergies so we will probably have a winter free of asthma attacks. To increase her defenses and prevent colds and the flu she started taking nutritional supplements appropriate for kids and with lots of Vitamin C.Prevention should be done before the diseases arrive not when they arrive. I always count on prevention in order to try and have a better life.
