Headaches
A more relaxed lifestyle can be the first answer to the headache problems.
I suffer from severe headaches and migraines at least once a month. Sometimes a stress situation is the trigger to a migraine that can last 3 days even with medication. Most of the times muscular tension is the first symptom for me to realize that I am under a huge amont of stress, later the migraines complete the scene. Other times I just wake up with the migraine and there is nothing I can do to get rid of it.
Doctors say, relax is the right remedy.
When a headache attacks us, the best thing is to understand its causes and try to eliminate them. But when it’s not possible to find a definitive solution for the problem, a simple hot bath or a little nap can be helpful. There are also some remedies available or, your life is really affected by headaches, you can always try a headache treatment and improve your lifestyle.
Headaches can also have simple causes like alchoolic drinks, lack or excess of sleep, poor lighting, noisy environment or a bad body position.
