Are you thinking about changing your curtains for blinds but you have a short budget?

Instead of wood blinds choose faux wood blinds. They are made of PVC and man-made material. These materials are also mixed with wood particles that make them real similar to wood blinds. Besides being economical they are washable and humidity resistant.

Put together low budget, fashion and durability by buying faux wood blinds.

Vein disease can be prevented, through the adoption of simple but essential cares.

You need to:

  • Increase water ingestion
  • Lose and/or keep weight (when there is no weight excess)
  • Physical exercise: walking, biking or swimming are good activities
  • Avoid standing up for too long or sat down without moving your legs
  • Avoid crossing your legs because it increases the tension of the leg that is under the other
  • Avoid dressing too tight clothes
  • Use medium heels (not too high, not too low)
  • Tone your legs daily, with the help of a cold bath and an appropriate gel
  • Rest your legs at a little elevated level
  • Avoid extended sun exposure
  • Avoid smoking because it harms the blood flood

This week another Doctor was accused of medical malpractice. This case in particular, chocked me once it was a newborn that was the one that suffered the injures and because the doctor seems to have her conscious clean.

The doctor is an obstetrician that insisted in making a natural birth even when the baby’s head was stuck inside his mother during birth.

The baby was born with irreversible brain damages and his parents started a lawsuit. The doctor was charged with 90 days suspension from medical practice.

This made me think: how much is worth human life?

If you suffered from medical malpractice or medical injuries you can always search for an attorney advice about what you can do to seek some compensation.

If you live in New York city you can take a look at oshmanlaw.com, and you can even talk to a medical malpractice attorney New York area.

My apologies to those that visited this blog and found no update for a few days. Due to my father’s serious health condition, I was away from computers and work.

My father has Alzheimer‘s and from one week to another, his health condition got worse and he is now in a bed, totally depending on my mother, using diapers, almost not speaking, and when he speaks he just says bad things. More information on this post.

I intend sooner to write a post about my personal experience with Alzheimer’s.

Everybody knows that “LOL” means “Laugh Out Loud”. The symbol :-) expresses a smile. Both are used when we communicate by e.mail or sms. One way or the other it makes us laugh.

Is there a better sensation than Laughing?

The Laughing spirit is all over the sms line from Lulu Castagnette including this LOL :-) eau de toilette spray.
