Medicinal Proprieties: Once it’s rich in Vitamin C it has anti-scorbutic, anti-anemic and digestive proprieties. It stimulates the appetite and has laxative proprieties. It’s traditionally used in Chinese medicine to treat breast and stomach cancer.

: As a laxative, Kiwi should be eaten in the morning before breakfast.
