A study made with retired people that used to gather in a coffee in Illinois, showed that the ones that only sat and drank their coffee were not getting smarter but those that made a walk of around 45 minutes, three time a week, obtained better results in the QI tests.

    just getting out a seeing things, meeting people, and all of the other things that go along with taking walks has to help your IQ… drinking coffee reading tabloids certainly will not.

    Sometimes I just think I spend too much time blogging and hat I should do more outdoor activities, but blogging is something I like to do and it also makes me good. Of course I also need to exercise but I do it at work running from one desk to another in the office, :)
