These are great tips! It seems like people are always asking about the best way to lose weight or keep weight off… and many of these are extremely important (and seldom practiced!)

My tip: use a refeed day every 7 days, where you eat more calories than allowed (maybe +300kcal). Count Calories!’s last blog post..By: Chris |
