Healthy and hydrated skin…

Food and lifestyle have an important role in the wellbeing, health and beauty of the skin. Some of the nutrients obtained through food are even capable of delaying aging by controlling the effects of the free radicals.

Advices:

  • eat more fruits and vegetables
  • avoid sugar and greasy food
  • exercise for a toned skin
  • Sleep around 8 hours, every night
  • don’t smoke
  • clean, tone and moisture the skin, every day, with proper products to your skin
  • use a moisturized cream in all your body
  • use cosmetics with sun filter, even in foggy or rainy days
  • SMILE MORE…smiling makes your skin younger

    The sun protection is your best tip. Rain or shine it is a must. Us guys wouldn’t use a “cosmetic” per se, but a good moisturizer or after shave with SPF is primo.

    i think that avoiding the sugar & greasy food should be paired with: “wash your hands often!” because half of all that greasy food-related-skin problems comes from, say, eating potato chips and then scratching that itch on your face… voila! ZIT!
