Nutritional Proprieties:

It’s rich in carbohydrates, but also presents small quantities of vitamins from complex B and Vitamin C. Provides good doses of mineral like potassium, calcium, phosphor, magnesium, cooper and iodine.

100 grams of grape provide 68 calories

Medicinal Proprieties:
Helps to activate the kidneys, it’s a light laxant and works against several diseases of the intestine, lever and abdomen, besides stimulating cardiac functions. Grapes are also a rich deposit of antioxidants and anti-cancer compounds.

Red grape: has a high amount of quercetin antioxidant. The grape skin increases the HDL cholesterol, which is considered the good cholesterol and has resveratrol, which disable the formation of blood cloths.

Green Grape: has antiviral and anti-bacterial power. The oil of the grape seeds also increases the HDL cholesterol.
