A mailbox is an important accessory for your house

Buying a mailbox can be as difficult as choosing fancy clothes to go to an important party. Mailboxes are an important part of our house and of our lives. They receive our good news, bad news, bills, offers, prizes, spam mail, although nowadays most of the news came through a computer.

Before buying a mailbox you should take into consideration the zone you live in in order to choose the right material (aluminum, steel, powder coat steel, powder Coat Aluminum), the location where it’s going to be fixed (concrete wall, wood posts, etc.), if you want it with a locker, with a back door, etc. etc.. All these factors are important when looking for a mailbox.

I think this is sound advice. A lot of people with otherwise beautiful homes have these terrible mail boxes. It’s worth a little time and money to choose the right one.

Cade: Yes it’s true. A mailbox is an extension of the house and should be chosen accordingly.

Leyteño: We use those mailboxes incorporated in the front door, meaning the mail will stay inside the house.
