Do you want to keep your weight and still eat some real good ice creams? Try this home made ice cream recipe:
- 150g of Strawberries
- Lemon Juice
- Orange Juice
- 1 soap spoon of Sugar substitute
Method:
- Wash the strawberries and remove the green leaves just before using them, so that they don’t lose properties or quality.
- Prepare the lemon juice and the orange juice. Put them together in a bowl and add the strawberries. Mix everything.
- Reserve for an hour to obtain more consistence and mix everything again until it’s reduced to puree.
- Finally add the sugar substitute. Put in molds and in the freezer. Bon Appetit
