Would you like to see the Banana’s DNA?

Banana DNA Extraction

- Cut the Banana in the middle
- Smash the banana with a fork

- In a glass put together
- 4 coffee spoon with salt
- 2 spoons of shampoo
- 100 ml hot water (60 º C)

- Mix the smashed banana to the salty water and shampoo and stir for a few minutes.

- Put a coffee strainer in a funnel and let the solution pass to a pipe.

- To the filtered solution add alcohol that has been on ice.

- You will start seeing a white novel – it’s the DNA!!!
