Raw fruit, cooked or canned fruit, do they have the same nutritional value?

In a general way raw fruit is nutritionally richer once the cooked one loses some vitamins and the canned fruit usually has a sugar syrup that diminish the nutritional value.

Is it possible to eat too many fruit?
Exceeding the ingestion of fruit and vegetables is less harmful than the excess of ingestion of food from other food group. However balance is one of the golden rules for a healthy feeding therefore, when talking about fruit and vegetables, according to the new “feeding wheel” , 6 to 10 portions should be eaten daily, meaning 3 to 5 portions of fruit and the same of vegetables. Of course quantities vary according to age, sex and physical activity.
