Banana DNA Extraction
- Cut the Banana in the middle- Smash the banana with a fork
- In a glass put together- 4 coffee spoon with salt- 2 spoons of shampoo- 100 ml hot water (60 º C)
- Mix the smashed banana to the salty water and shampoo and stir for a few minutes.- Put a coffee strainer in a funnel and let the solution pass to a pipe.
