Strawberries

This delicious and beautiful fruit, besides attracted to the eye, heps to lower the arterial tension, detox the body and improves the arthritis and anemia treatment.

A lot of Vitamin C:
About 100 grams of strawberries cover the daily need for vitamin C, an extremely important nutrient in Spring because it helps reducing the incommodious allergic symptoms.

Poor in Calories:
Only a few fruits are so delicious and low calories like the strawberries (35 cal. for each 100 grams).
Due to its high fiber content they offer a satiated action. Therefor, if you are on a diet, include them in salads or eat them for dessert.

Forever young:
Besides helping your your diet, strawberries fight the liquid retention and cellulite, they make the intestinal transit faster and due to the high teor of vitamin A and C they improve the skin health. Triturated and used as a facial mask, they regule the production of grease of the face.

  4. I had no idea that strawberries had a significant amount of vitamin c. My problem is that I dip them in sugar. I should probably stop that!

  9. That was too crisp short but fantastic piece on strawberries. Thanks for making me know that it reduces weight! In that case I think it can be taken as a major ingredient in a weight loss program.

    Strawberries I believe would ease our bowel movements too! IT is a major contributor that assists us in keeping our body healthy
